Now if only the US would respect this simple UN form, there'd be hell peace on earth!
Is this really a parody? REALLY? I certainly hope it won't give anyone (like half of the rogue states making up the UN) any crazy idea.

See, I think that everybody must be checking all three, and the application gets thrown back for them to correct. Perhaps they should allow the users to select all three.....
Actually, I would have thought checking all three would have accelerated the UN process... It must be that, like you said, too many people are checking all three.
