Apparently Tariq Aziz has started to talk, mentioning some French people/officials, according to the report. Can't wait for Saddam to share his story.

Luckily, the summary came across unscathed. The overall theme is nothing new - he never gave up on WMD - but a lot of the details in the summary were (at least to me).
