Thanks to the Frogman and you.
You both spare me the time to answer to my troll aka as Sensi aka as Antoine the worshipper of Arafat-the-peace-lover-who-recognized-the-right-of-existence-of-Israel-compared-to-all-those-murderers-of-Jews-who-kill-Palestinian-civilians-while-Palestinians-only-kill-colonialist-Israeli-soldiers [sic sic sic sic ad vitam aeternam].
But we're the far-right fascist, propagandist, anti-French racists. Right. Get an education and a life. Or go play the human shield for your friends the terrorists.
Out out out. E-nough!
Posted by: Carine at November 15, 2004 11:37 AM40 000? Good heavens! Where did the clown get THAT number?
Posted by: Joe N. at November 15, 2004 01:25 PMWorshipper of Arafat! Ugh!!
E-nough! a racist blog?! Ha!
Carine the Troll-Slayer! Bam! Pow!
40,000? Who knows! From inside his closed eyelids, perhaps?
Chronic moonbatitis causes severe delusions and hallucinations. Just smile, pat him on the head, and continue talking to the grownups.
Posted by: Doug at November 15, 2004 03:38 PMActually Val, I was thinking he pulled that number out of his butt. That is where he seems to do his thinking.
perhaps a FAQ for first time visiting trolls, so when the occasional one or two straggle in, they can be painlessly brought up to speed about the steer manure they are spreading, how we recognise it as such, and where it came from, with the web address of the original scumbag who made it up last year.
Posted by: Papertiger at November 15, 2004 10:09 PMBeing American, I don't know anything about Jerry Lewis. Is he an oracle?
Lewis is being awarded the Tesla Award, for his achievement in the visionary arts as a pioneering innovator.
Did he discover a new way to read chicken entrails or something?
Posted by: Doug at November 15, 2004 10:50 PMCheck this source for the 40,000 deads estimation.
Posted by: Hakuba at November 15, 2004 10:52 PMBut again, The Economist is a bunch of "hallucinated" "clowns" who "do (their) thinking" by "pulling number out of their butt".
Like Jerry Lewis...
Posted by: Hakuba at November 15, 2004 11:06 PMThe Economist also published the "Red/Blue state IQ hoax", so right off the bat I'm taking anything they say with a grain of salt.
Overlooking that, however, I arrive at your subliterate reading comprehension. Frogman's troll said that just 40,000 people were killed by Saddam (pardon me - I mean their "deaths were caused by", not they "were killed by"; Saddam was far too tame a kitten to actually kill anyone). ; That article says that they've determined a 90% probability that as many as 40,000 Iraqis have been killed in the war.
Posted by: Doug at November 15, 2004 11:53 PMExcept that the 40,000 figure is related to the number of deads during the intervention of the US-led coalition, not the number of Iraqis who died under Saddam, like the Frogman's troll claimed.
Then again, the methodology of the Johns Hopkins University study is highly doubtful.
Posted by: Carine at November 15, 2004 11:55 PMYou think your going to impress by flashing the name of a news magazine to clothe that flawed survey? A poll with a margin of error in the ninety percentile. Might as well canvass the Iraqi bloggers (all Iraqis fluent in English as well as Arabic). Lets see , 25 bloggers or so, roughly. A population of 25 million, roughly, making a ratio of 1 to 1 million. If even one blogger has had a murder in the family this means statisticly that US Troops have murdered a million Iraqis.
Same sort of math told us John Kerry would be the President elect right now.
Don't do that, stop scaring me, PT. I still wake up shaking.
Posted by: Doug at November 16, 2004 04:15 AMSo, the "UN Sanctions" killed 1.5 million in Iraq, according to the little twirp. I'm just a wondering how much food 21.5 Billion dollars would have bought. Ummmm. Right, but it was the fault of the US that those 1.5 million died. Oh, I see.
Posted by: andy at November 17, 2004 02:06 AMThe 21.5 billion dollar ripoff by Saddam is only the tip of the ice berg. Think about the billions that went to buy palaces, weapons, Scotch for the Republican Guard, rotten food, etc.
Posted by: INTERVENTOR at November 17, 2004 01:32 PMAt least they had good taste in scotch, though.
