The Spongebob has landed

Came across the cartoon just now on weasel TV. I've only ever seen one episode and it was in English. Even in French, it was funny. And VERY weird.
Unfortunately, the Texan squirrel, Sandy, was nowhere to be seen...
Posted by Valerie at February 23, 2005 09:37 AMFrance's culture is now officially doomed. Resistance is futile. Bow before the awsome prensence of Sponge Bob Square Pants!
Posted by: brb at February 23, 2005 01:23 PMOddly enough, Spongebob has had a Monty-pythonesque status in the cousin N. households. My cousins make a point of watching with their kiddos because THEY like it... :-)

I honestly wasn't even thinking of that when I captured Spongebob...
LOL
Posted by: Valerie at February 24, 2005 09:01 PMThe fishbowl on the head business is pretty funny when you think about it....

Valerie,
I am so disappointed in you! No picture of your fellow Texan, and the lady for whom Spongebob pines, Sandy Cheeks?
Ah, Starbucks and Spongebob in France. Be afraid, France, be very araid. Bwahahaha!
Val,
Welcme to Bikini Bottom. I wonder if the episodes narrated by the Jacques Cousteau impressionist will be lost on most France.
