Passionate debate over the EU constitution
No means NON.
A [young man] in favor of the NO to the referendum over the European Constitution caused an incident at the [French] Senate by undressing (...).The man, whose political leanings are unknown, had the word "no" written in black letters on his butt.

I'll never understand what makes people think that their objection is best communicated by taking off all their clothes. There's a pretty limited nuber of problems that can be solved by getting naked.

It is true what you say. There are precious few problems that public nudity solves.
All the more reason to celebrate the odd one or two instances when it works.
