France is in Europe

No. Europe is France.

This poster for a French cell phone company is advertizing the company's new European fees: one can now call from abroad at the price of a local (French) call. Hence the advertizer renamed - for the sake of the ad - European cities, using the names of actual French cities. France is now spreading all over Europe.

Now, if that isn't symbolic...

So Sorry for you ....

So "Domy", what are you suggesting? That France shoud colonize Europe in a blood bath once again?
We certainly have a wannabe-Napoleon already.

Why should you feel sorry for "us"? Old Europe is committing suicide once again? And you think we care?

I'd like to see that colonization - has france ever surrendured in more than one country at once?

Posted by: Jay at October 4, 2005 12:28 AM

Of course you care Carine !
That's the reason of your muddy blog.

Jay,
They're trying to break a record...

Homer,
You have no idea how much I don't. For that matter, I certainly hope no American soldier will ever die again to save hateful, disdainful, antisemite, anti-American Gaul.
Now if you don't like my blog, I invite you to leave. Now.

Considering the condition of most western European militarties, the french would do pretty good against the germans, spanish and belgiums. The Italians and dutch would give them a good fight.

Italian army has a partially undeserved bad reputation. Fighting on foreign soil, they haven't done too well. Fighting to protect Italy, they've done pretty good.

"I certainly hope no American soldier will ever die again to save hateful, disdainful, antisemite, anti-American Gaul."

And I certainly agree with that sentiment. The problem is how do we fight for our friends there without fighting for our enemies as well? We could help the Brits for example with a policy of just bombing the crap out of the mainland. But what about the Dutch, the Danes, New Europe?

We're gonna have some major decisions to make when the next serious enemy pops up in europe.

The people who believe that PIPA study are the same people that will believe french and german media. I don't know anybody who thinks that way - but I don't know anybody who believes what they hear on CNN or CBS either.

And how about just a tiny bit of editing next time you quote a whole article?
