First, they came

If you haven't seen Michelle Malkin's movie yet, please hurry up.

Visibly I'm very late on this one.

Actually, over there was the first time I saw the cartoons (all 12). They are pretty tame, if you ask me.

Interesting that what really has the muslims panties in a wad is just the fact of showing muhammad. Not the content. Could it be that they don't mind being shown as terrorists, dominating of women, and intolerant of anyone not muslim.....after all, that is the main thrust of their philosophy.

If it was just showing the prophet that got the muzzies in such a hissy fit, why aren't they rioting about books printed in Iran with illutrations of Mohammed?

A base relief in US Supreme Court building show Mohammed as one of the law givers.

Well, expect the Supreme Court to get leveled any day now.

I still question the timing of all this outrage. The cartoons were printed in September. Three months later all hell breaks loose? Just when the West was starting to closely examine Iran's nuclear program?

A distraction?

Most certaily a warning. Pay heed, Western Civilization, pay heed.

You know, Val-Tex, I was thinking the same...except my thought was that we are very close to winning in Iraq. The thugs need someplace else to terrorize....and they have picked Europe.

Any bets on if there will be all of those same Anti-US/anti-military parades and protests WHEN the US military has to go into Iran.....

They needed time for a Danish flag order to come in before they could protest.
