Pave: Best Of EU Cinema
EU TUBE – SHARING THE SIGHTS AND SOUNDS'EU Tube' – the Commission's new channel on YouTube was launched on 29 June. The non-exclusive arrangement between the European Commission and YouTube aims to present new and innovative ways of informing people on the activities of the European Union through video clips that illustrate the main issues facing citizens from across the 27 member states. To begin with, much of the content is in English, but French and German language clips are also being added. Other languages will be added wherever possible.

The EU wants citizens to know.
Here for example the EU creams off the best of its subsidized cinema to inform the people of how their money is being spent on films they don't watch.

The EU knows what the EU plebs want. They want moodily lit zip sex with serial orgasms banged out in public toilettes and bars and the small apartments of subsidized EU housing. And -- most importantly -- they want to hear the pleasured cries of women.
We know what you're thinking. [Pause.] And you are wrong. [Slight pause.] We have it on the word of the European Commission itself that this is EU financed cinema, which is to say very high-class celuloid -- not free-market pornography. The films from which these clips have been extracted have won awards.
Of course if most EU films ran only 44 seconds the EU might not be looking for EU audiences to watch them.
