Pave: Computer Woes

Yesterday our computer drive died. The third drive to die within the space of a year. That is why yesterday's post was posted today.

Among the treasures lost was our list of Pave posts and links. This was the list we use to link up related posts and backgrounders. It had been compiled from Pave's Moveable Type list of entries just before the publisher went down. But dumb luck apparently did not cover a backup.

The list can be reconstructed [Sigh.] -- post by post, which will take some time. So for the near term, Pave posts may be a little less "link rich" than usual.

This should not effect your skim, if you are a skimmer. If you are a careful reader, ah, well, you've now more time for your family, your girlfriend, your boyfriend, your dog, your loveless cat.
