The best social model in the whole universe
In France of course. Where else?
Without a doubt Michael Moore and his henchmen, who want America to follow this model, are propagating their anti-American lies for your own good.
Now don't get me wrong: there has always been, and there will always be, everywhere, people living out of trash bins. But when you encounter one or two every other time you're going out for a walk in a city like Paris, or some people are daily "shopping" for food for their whole family in the garbage, there is a problem.
Of course, guess what's to blame? Just watch.

Carine,
At least these folks are not sewing soccer balls for Nike or , heaven forbid, working for Wal-Mart.
Keeping that in mind, shouldn't these members of the Freegan community actually be considered 'lucky'?

You're right. God forbid that consumption increase even more so they could find even more food in the trash... uh... well, yes, consumption is bad and work and growth are even worse.
If only mankind could realize that and accept to live free and naked in the woods, there'd be peace in the world...
Imagine...
;)
